Harnessing the power of Microsoft Azure, CareWhen is accessible by any web based computer, tablet, or mobile device.  Agency administrators are no longer tied to the office when changes need to be made.  Caregivers can directly access the system to view scheduled work, get directions to the client location, document completed task assignments or communicate with agency administrators.  Clients can access the system to view their upcoming visits, get information about their assigned caregiver, or communicate directly with the agency.
